Motorcycles
- If, and only if, the Customer has acted as a Consumer, where this Agreement has been completed away from our business premises and/or without any face to face contact between us and you; or anyone acting on your or our respective behalf, you may give notice to cancel this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
- This cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party on your behalf, takes delivery or otherwise acquires physical possession of the Goods. To exercise this right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this Agreement in writing by clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) to our address Mitchells Motorcycles LTD, Delmore, IV3 8RG or sales@mitchellsmc.co.uk.
- To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication confirming your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
- If you cancel this Agreement, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you under this Agreement, without undue delay, and not later than:-
- 14 days after the day on which we receive the Goods back; or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the Goods; or
- if there were no Goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this Agreement.
- We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you have used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, but in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Goods back or you have sent evidence of having sent back the Goods to us, whichever is the earliest. You should send back the Goods or deliver them back to Mitchells Motorcycles LTD, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this Agreement to us.
- This deadline is met if you send back the Goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will require that you bear the cost of returning the Goods to us.
- You must take reasonable care of the Goods whilst they are in your possession. You will be responsible for any loss or damage from when they are delivered to you until when they are returned to us.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
Clothing
Due to safety standards, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on helmets. Please make sure you know your size and fit, and double check all details are correct before ordering. We strongly advise purchasing helmets in-store, so we can help you find the perfect fit.
14 days return period, starting from the date your items are delivered to you. Contact the store via phone 01463 233478, or reply to your order confirmation email to request a return.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Please use a recorded delivery service.
We do not take responsibility for lost packages or any damages caused in transit during the return shipment.
Items must be returned unused, with tags, manuals, and original packaging in a condition that can be resealed.
Returns must include:
- Any free or promotional items included in the original order.
- All accessories that may have been included iwth your item(s).
We will not accept any items that appear to have been broken and fixed after delivery.
If the wrong item(s) have been shipped to you, please contact the store asap so we may arrange return shipment, and revise your order. In the case of a revised order, we will be responsible for any shipping costs. Please use a recorded delivery service.
If your items have arrived faulty, please contact the store via phone or email. We will not accept any faulty items that may have been damaged through misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Inside the returned package, please include a note of your name, address and reason for return/exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the items.
- Card payments may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
- Refunds via Paypal may take up to 30 days.
Returns policy applies. Once we have received and checked your returned items, we will dispatched the revised product asap. In store exchanges are accepted, however this will be dependable on in store stock levels.
We accept online payments via Credit and Debit card. Payment will be taken as soon as the order is placed, but there may be a delay before the transaction appears in your bank.
We accept payments via PayPal. Please refer to the terms and conditions at PayPal for any further information.
Items will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
A cash payment may be arranged for Collection in-store. Please contact a member of staff to arrange your order and collection date.

We only accept payments in GBP (Pound Sterling). If you wish to pay in another currency, conversion rates from your bank may apply. Please contact your bank for further information.
