Delivery and Tracking

Orders will be processed during business hours : Tues – Sat, 8:30am – 5pm

We aim to process your order the next working day, however, dispatch times may vary due to the following: 

In the unlikely event of any significant delays from our suppliers, we will contact you to discuss any preferences on how to proceed with your items.

If an item is marked ‘Pre-order’

We will dispatch your item as soon we receive it from our supplier, which will be as close as possible to the release date displayed in the item’s listing.

We will notify you as soon as we have confirmation your pre-order item has been released from our supplier, with an updated guide date of arrival.

Collection

If you have selected to Click and Collect your items from the store, we will contact you via email once your order is ready.

After receiving your confirmation email to collect your items, we will hold your order for 7 days. If the order is not collected during this time, the items will be returned to stock.

Please contact a member of the team to arrange a larger time frame if needed.

General Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking order that can be used via the courier website.

We do not ship to locations outside of the UK. We do ship to postcodes under the Highlands & Islands.

  • For orders up to 10kg, we use Royal Mail 48 tracked service.
  • For anything over 20kg, orders are dispatched using Parcelforce 48 hours.
  • Please allow extra time during holiday and busy periods for your order to arrive, and refer to the courier website for more information and guidance regarding delays.
  • For Large orders (exceeding 30kg), an extra charge will apply. If your order falls into this category, we will contact you to arrange delivery.

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact a member of our team asap via phone 01463 233478 before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, any further delivery instruction or change of address will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange.

Shipping costs

As we are based in the Highlands, a blanket cost of £4.99 will apply.  This will remain the same across all Mainland UK, and Highlands & Islands addresses.
